LANZAROTE, NUEVO DESTINO DEL ALPS TOUR. Concebido en el año 2001 como la tercera división del golf europeo, este circuito apuesta cada año por un calendario que recorre varios países europeos. Participación entre 100-150 jóvenes profesionales de más de 15 nacionalidades distintas. 40.000 € en premios, Pro-Am, entrevistas.. Éste sería el primer evento profesional internacional que recogería la isla.
