W are a CrossFit gym where classes are given functional training, Core, weightlifting and running, among others.
CrossFit Lanzarote offers a unique school for all social classes, age, sex, nationality, race, creed or political ideas. No matter if you are young, old, new, big, small, tall, skillful, or inexperienced – we pull from multiple training philosophies, bringing out the best in everyone in order to deliver a part of a typical program.
The goal of our training is to provide the healthiest, most efficient results possible. However, our training offers much more than speed, endurance, strength, muscle growth and fat loss. We are more than just a team planning your workouts. Training always promises to be challenging, unique and creative in a way that serves as a spark of inspiration for our athletes.
When athletes finish each session, they learn something about themselves and feel invigorated, realizing how much they can really accomplish. The training at CrossFit Lanzarote develops the physical and mental endurance of each athlete, allowing the person to reach their maximum potential in all aspects of life.
Whatever your role in life, once you become part of the CrossFit Lanzarote community you will become an athlete.
At CrossFit Lanzarote we offer a CrossFit program designed to challenge, motivate and encourage our members. Each class is instructed by a trainer, lasts one hour and consists of a warm-up, detailed instructions for a new movement (skill or technique), the day’s workout (WOD) and concludes with a series of stretches.
WOD: The training of the day, an hour of duration guided by a Coach where we will test and develop your 10 basic physical skills. A physical preparation program where you will never repeat a class and you will reach the best physical condition.
CORE: Class focused on the development of the entire abdominal and lumbar belt, including calorie burning. In our society we are more and more aware of the importance of exercising the Core, that abdominal and lumbar belt that protects us from injuries, strengthens our positions and helps us to perform with greater power the exercises. We have decided to have specific hours to give our support to this principle.
KIDS AND TEENAGERS: The youngest and our teenagers go through a fundamental stage of development in their lives in which the formation of the motor system is crucial. For them we have specific classes where we focus on developing their abilities to make sure they grow as healthily as possible.
COMPETITORS PROGRAM: Many years and a large cast of athletes make up Crossfit Lanzarote. For them we also create a specific planning focused on improving their weaknesses and preparing them for the competitive journey throughout the year.
WEIGHTLIFTING: Snatch, Clean and jerk, Back squat…. this Special Class is for everyone! While we want to improve our technique, increase PR’s, work that exercise that chokes us, welcome! You should not miss at least one hour a week.
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: HIIT, TRX, INDOOR CIRCUITS, ENDURANCE… A wide range of functional trainings that you can do if CrossFit is not exactly what you are looking for, or to complete your CrossFit preparation. A parallel schedule makes us available in morning and afternoon shifts!
FUNCTIONAL FOR THE ELDERLY: Sport is health, and also the way to reach or reach adulthood in the best possible way. In these classes, aimed at people over 60, we seek to improve their quality of life in addition to having a fun and enjoyable time..
BEACH WOD: Being in Lanzarote and not enjoying its beaches is a sin! We organize from time to time training sessions on the beach that are hard and very fun. It’s always great to end up with a dip in the sea!
OTHER EVENTS AND EXTRAS ACTIVITIES: International CrossFit Championships, charity events, internal competitions, challenges… Everything possible to enrich our calendar is within reach. Don’t miss out on these activities that nourish and entertain us at the same time.
